Lettuce Wrapped Beef Burger w/ Rutabaga Fries

Lettuce Wrapped Beef Burger: 1 pound of organic extra lean ground beef 2 small green chili peppers 1 cup of clover sprouts 1/2 cup of onion 1 cup celery 1 tsp garlic 1 tblsp parsley 1 tsp horseradish 3 tblsp soy sauce salt & pepper
Mix all together in a bowl, and make 3-4 patties. BBQ on grill until desired wellness/done-ness.
After cooked place the burger on a ice-burg lettuce bed, and put Walden Farm’s Mayonnaise, Trader Joe’s Mustard, sauteed mushrooms, & pickles on the beef patty.
Rutabaga Fries: Peel & cut 2 small rutabagas into french fry shape Salt & Pepper Paprika Garlic Olive Oil 1 Beaten Egg
Mix rutabaga with all ingredients and let marinate. Lay rutabaga in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook at 425* for 25 minutes.
