is King Pigeon with a strap. (1-3) This is a flow you can do to help open the hips and prep your body. (Sped up 2x) The last slide is a tutorial on how to enter the pose.
One legged chair pose - warrior 3 - warrior 2 - humble warrior (Repeat)
Side lunges - wide legged forward fold
Scorpion downward dog - Low Lunge w/ gomukhasana arms - half splits - pigeon pose - diagonal quad stretch (Repeat) Pigeon Pose - forward fold - double pigeon - Malasana
A few tips when you’re in pigeon pose: keep the front foot flexed (toes in towards the body) to protect the knee. Front body is lengthened, hips even, back leg is straight and back thigh is internally rotated. Be patient and take your time with this pose.
