I have it together most the time... I am a schedule QUEEN 👑 for the most part BUT lately, well... let’s see.
I devoured Easter chocolate yesterday before I could even hide it from myself, I have so much laundry to do that I’m just not doing any because I don’t even know where to start.
I had a melt down this morning because I forgot to hand in 4H documents, hot lunch forms, and almost ran out of gas AFTER missing the bus because I am a fucken taxi driver these days, without pay🤣🤔. Paid with love I suppose..... hmm should I keep going?... still need to build a sheep pen before Thursday, bring two horses home, fix the horse trailer and have my house presentable for 14 people for Easter Dinner 🥘.. lmao!
However, I did workout and I am so glad I did to manage these crazy mom hormones that are taking over my body #mombie
.. MOMS... our lives are fricken crazy, and to be honest, I don’t know if our husbands will ever understand that lol.
Just remember that EXERCISE does help manage stress, anxiety, and just a bad frickin mood!
Eating healthy without restrictions well, that’s a no brainer, it’s just better!
So instead of the “get your body ready for summer Bootcamp” I am calling my next one “Reclaim Your Life” it’s time to take hold and feel good, we work our asses off and you deserve to SMILE!
